How estimate details, uploaded photos, communications and analytics events are handled.
Information collected
Estimate requests may include contact details, service address, requested service, property details, access information, preferred timing, optional photos and consent choices.
How information is used
Information is used to review the request, contact the customer, prepare an estimate, coordinate service, secure the website and measure anonymous conversion events.
Storage and disclosure
Lead details are stored in the project database. Customer photo bytes are stored separately in object storage. Customer information is not placed in public pages, sitemap files or analytics event payloads.
Google customer feedback
After the homepage settles or the feedback section approaches the screen, the website may request current business and review information from Google Maps. Google may receive technical request information such as the visitor’s IP address and browser details. Review text, ratings and reviewer attribution are rendered from Google’s live response and are not stored by Steamly Pro. The official Google listing remains available if the live response cannot be shown.
Choices
SMS consent is optional and separate from the privacy consent required to process the request. Customers may contact Steamly Pro to ask about information associated with their request.
