What we address
The exact method depends on material, construction, condition and access. These are the common concerns and surfaces reviewed during an estimate.
Our process
The technician confirms the surface and scope before treatment. If the inspection changes the safe plan, that is discussed first.
Polishing cannot erase every deep scratch, chip, crack, stain or permanent change. Marble condition, finish, prior chemicals and access determine whether polishing is appropriate.

Porous grout can hold soil that routine mopping leaves behind. Steamly Pro applies professional chemistry and agitation, then rinses and extracts suspended soil so the floor is cleaned rather than covered with another layer of residue.
