The terms and conditions that govern your use of our website and services.

Agreement to Terms

By using the Steamly Pro website (steamlypro.com), purchasing products from our online shop, or booking any of our cleaning services, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please reach out and we'll do our best to address your concerns. We want every interaction to be straightforward and fair.

Our Services

Steamly Pro LLC provides professional cleaning services including carpet deep cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, hardwood floor cleaning, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, and water extraction. We serve residential homes, apartments, offices, restaurants, medical facilities, and other commercial properties throughout Palm Beach County and Broward County, Florida.

Online Shop and Product Sales

We sell cleaning products through our online shop at steamlypro.com/shop. Product prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible, though actual colors and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship products to all 50 US states only. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders ship from our location in Boynton Beach, Florida via USPS.

We offer three shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($5.99) — USPS Ground Advantage, estimated 5–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping ($9.99) — USPS Priority Mail, estimated 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping ($19.99) — USPS Priority Mail Express, estimated 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Steamly Pro LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package is handed off to USPS, tracking information will be provided when available.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to addresses in the state of Florida are subject to Florida state sales tax (currently 6%) plus any applicable county surtax, in accordance with Florida Department of Revenue regulations. Tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. We may ask for photos of the damaged item to process your claim.

For unopened products in their original packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective.

Payment Terms

Online product purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and your card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

For cleaning services, payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

Quotes and Pricing

When you request a free quote through our website or by phone, we'll give you an honest estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of the area once our team arrives on-site. We'll always discuss any changes with you before starting work — no surprises.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just give us a call at (561) 621-7374 as early as possible so we can adjust. We understand that life happens, and we'll always try to work with you.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with the results. If something doesn't look right after we're done, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right at no extra charge. Your satisfaction matters to us — that's how we've built our reputation.

Liability

Steamly Pro LLC is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, we ask that you let us know about any pre-existing damage, fragile items, or special concerns before we begin so we can take extra care.

We are not responsible for pre-existing stains or damage that cannot be removed through standard professional cleaning methods. Some stains may be permanent depending on the material and how long they've been there — we'll always be upfront about what we can and can't do.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steamly Pro LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.

Website Use

The content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Steamly Pro LLC and is protected by copyright law. You're welcome to browse and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy or reproduce our content without written permission.

We do our best to keep the information on our site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that everything is perfect at all times. If you spot something that seems off, let us know.

Reviews and Testimonials
